« Overall it was ok. We were out all day and came back late at night. Definitely needs improvement for the money we spent imo. The cleanliness was okay. Living room/Kitchen light didn't seem to work? Only one tiny trashcan in the bathroom. We had a cockroach. No blanket for the pull-out couch despite us booking for 3 people. Dirty comb under couch when we pulled it out. No water and only two towels and they were also stained. They do have a TV with lots of options for entertainment. Good AC...

« The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties. »

« Loved the location for our universal studios stay! Close enough that we could take our ebikes even. The host was great, we had to call him to check in because they had recently replaced the thing where you dial in, but he was very prompt and helpful! The parking when we got there was a little tough, there's just street parking, but we were able to move closer in the morning. »

« Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well. »

« They contacted me at 3 to tell me I could check in. The place was supposed to be ready by then but there was no updated notice until the last minute. The unit was dusty or grimy throughout. Needs a good scrubbing. There was one window which did not open. And it was next to impossible to get the blackout shade to open.
