« I stayed at Joanne Perla one-bedroom for a federal court trial. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with, and quickly addressed any concerns. The building itself is lovely and feature-laden. Neighborhood remains a bit dodgy, but the Perla is across the street from the Grand Central Market and close to other downtown landmarks and restaurants. I strongly recommend. »

I stayed during the pandemic so many things were closed and some of the building perks (e.g. roof top gathering spots) were also not fully available, but easy to see the potential (and not a reflection of the property itself.
