'The staff was very helpful and very kind. The room was clean and a great size with balcony. The restaurant was important because there is nothing else close by. The hotel is pretty isolated and you need a taxi or a car to get to stores, food or banks. Breakfast was not free and the food was delicious. '

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....
