Apartment completely renovated in April 2019 very bright with elevator, finely furnished and equipped to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Ideal starting point for visiting the city on foot or by public transport.

Guest house CasaMia offers a double room where on request we can arrange a cot with gates for our little guests and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Very bright and quiet environment equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Our guests will have at their disposal in addition to Wifi h24, Smart TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and espresso machine.
We are very keen on "traveling with the little ones" and we have provided CasaMia Guest house with facilities and accessories for children in order to make our environment as welcoming and comfortable as possible for them too.

Residential and welcoming neighborhood, not chaotic and well served by public transport. A stone's throw from the historic center is a great starting point to visit the city and its surroundings without having to stay in the chaos of the central area. Wide offer of restaurants, pizzerias and bars for breakfast as well as supermarkets and all kinds of shops in the immediate vicinity.
The area also offers several gardens and playgrounds for children.

Our apartment enjoys a strategic position as it is well served by public transport and nearby, with a short walk you arrive at the Fortezza da Basso at
gates of the historic center, to all the major tourist attractions of the city.

With less than 10 minutes on foot you arrive at the Rifredi Railway Station, while the "Alderotti-Grocco" BUS 33 bus stop is located in the same street one block away.
Getting to our apartment and moving from there to the main points of attraction of the city is extremely simple thanks to the T1 tram stop "Poggetto" at 4 minutes on foot (about 300 m).

In addition, the proximity of the Careggi hospitals and the Meyer pediatric hospital, the Villa Ulivella and I Glicini nursing homes and Villa Monna Tessa, from which we are a few hundred meters away and the distance from the University of Florence on Viale Morgagni, make Guest House CasaMia is the ideal place for those who have to use the services of these facilities or have to travel for work.
