Whenever we are in Long Island, NY, we stay at the Hampton InnFarmingville, Brookhaven, NY. It is part of the Hilton Hotels, so we get good credit for other vacation spots using Hilton Hotels. '

'Clean breakfast area and fresh food. Rooms recently renovated it seems but my room was dusty and didn’t get a real good vacuum so there were paper straws on the carpet and paper salt packets left around. Bed was a bit hard and lumpy. Shower was fine. '

'we needed to stay the night for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for an overnight trip with kids! much better to have a bigger room so the kids have space to play and the full kitchen is such a plus !! the included breakfast + 24/7 coffee / tea / hot chocolate access is a great benefit! definitely one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in and will definitely stay again!'

'The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.'
