'The hotel and the beach were nice. It was disappointing to learn that even though we are Diamond members with Hilton that none of our benefits were honored because we booked the trip with Expedia. I understand that they wouldn't give us points, but usually we feel a little special when staying at a Hilton and that was not the case here. We had paid for an oceanfront room and they gave us the room that overlooked the ocean as well as building material, trucks and equipment used around the hotel....

'In general they had good service but it doesn't give you the feeling of a high end place. They charge $26 USD for a drink and serve in to go plastic cup'

'Zadun is a beautiful luxury resort, and the staff were outstanding. It’s designed for privacy, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We loved our dinner at HUMO, breakfasts at El Barrio. If you want to be spoiled come here.'

'We enjoyed the resort very much, rooms were nice and clean each day. Very nice resort with a variety of pools, and the temperature of each pool was slightly different which gave you warmer or cooler options. Poolside service was great, Ricardo was exceptional. The food on site was great, we enjoyed going to Brigantine restaurant. Another convenience was being less than 10min walk to the marina. The entertainment crew were a lot of fun, special thanks to Sarah, Leylane, Edgar, Orlando, Isaac...

'Very relaxing place. Not a party scene if that's what you're looking for thought the Infiniti pool can be very fun during the day. Food was pretty good. The Steakhouse was overrated in my mind. The Pool side restaurant The Corral was very good. The Pulled Pork sandwich is incredible.'
