'My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. The rental was very clean and had a great downstairs living space. We had everything we needed…and the cute coffee station was a nice added bonus! We would highly recommend this rental!'

The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! '

'We actually very much enjoyed the balcony porch listening to the church Bella across the street. The apartment was beautiful and very let friendly. Owner was very helpful and responsive and even approved an extra night for us at the last minute. '

'It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.'

'The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay.'
