'J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Signature Residences at Maui Banyan. La chambre était très propre, bien équipée et confortable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison. Le personnel a été particulièrement agréable et réactif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. La piscine est très bien entretenue et agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite, et le bain à remous était suffisamment chaud pour vraiment en profiter. 'The cleanliness of this hotel is not their top priority nor is their customer service. It’s been over 10 days that we have contacted both of their general managers and have not gotten a response. The valet agents are incredibly rude. The property is beautiful and the spa is wonderful. '
