'Desk girl locked herself out of Hotel as we arrived so had to wait with our groceries then charged us a full days parking as we waited outside with her then on day 2 the microwave took a dive and the hotel can’t do anything being a owner/host issue they never even responded about the issue but the ocean and waves didn’t disappoint us as it never does. 'We arrived in rain that did not stop. Our host was amazing. Let us check in a little early. Unfortunate for us we came during the worst rain in decades. Lost power, had limited back up power which was more than most had. Our host helped us the whole way through it.
