'This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville '

When we drove up, I had to call the host because all I saw was a house on the left side of the gravel driveway and a garage shed on the right. Yep, our guest suite was actually in a shed.
