'All with all a great experience'

'I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.'

'Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit appartement. Het is een heel fijn appartement met parkeergelegenheid. De keuken is ruim voorzien en er is een grote woonkamer aanwezig. De slaapkamer is ruim en het bed is ook heel comfortabel. Tevens een goede badkamer met alle benodigdheden. Met de auto ben je snel bij diverse supermarkten en restaurants en ook binnen 15 minuten ben je in Hollywood. Wij hebben het heel erg fijn gehad in dit appartement! '

'We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking and the hosts provided snacks and essentials. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is firm and the living room didn’t have curtains to block out light from outdoors.'

'I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend.'

'Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. 'This apartment is not suitable for 6 persons ! There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. But 2 must sleep in the living room : 1 on an uncomfortable air bed and 1 must sleep on the couch. (not on a sofa bed, but on a normal couch !! also very uncomfortable !!). And owner is not helpful.'

'The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.'

'We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy.'

'When we first arrived there was a “call box” to type a code in to gain access to get keys, the call box was broken and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to the building while my husband waited in the car to avoid the tow zone in front. You have to get into the property to get the garage door opened to go to the parking. I sent an email in response to the check in and out rules to clarify that went unanswered. 'Our family had a trip for my son’s birthday to Universal Studios. The house was very close to the Amusement park. The house was very clean and perfect for the four of us. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends.'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'
