« It's a decent property in a nice location. However, it felt like no one had done a deep clean in a while; nonetheless, the place was pretty tidy. The biggest issue for us was the parking garage. It is TINY and VERY hidden/narrow while getting in! Luckily, my car was small enough to fit (I have a VW Golf), but that isn't to say my spatial awareness wasn't tested (8-point turn just to get in!). « The space looks exactly how it does in the photos! It’s perfect for two people and very close to the metro. It’s walkable distance from Old Port to Mount Royal, so it was the perfect location with amazing food spots close by. Olga was an amazing host and would highly recommend for people to stay here. She was quick to reply, especially when we locked ourselves out of the condo haha. Thank you for letting us stay here again! »

« L'appartement est très bien placé, très agréable et très fonctionnel. La terrasse est un vrai plus (à chaque fois que nous avons pris nos repas à l'appartement, nous avons profité avec bonheur de cette terrasse). Réjean est un hôte exceptionnel, très à l'écoute, qui nous a donné tous les bons plans de son quartier et qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. »

« This property was the most well appointed property I have ever stayed in. It had every refinement and convenience you would need. From the electric shades to the sound system. The household products were perfect. When we arrived at the condo, it had soft lighting and was spotless. »

« A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. « We enjoyed our recent stay in the heart of Montreal! We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the art museum and McGill university. As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. David the owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this property! »

« Was a very nice large area, the apartment itself could use a bit of work on the paint and slight damage but not a major concern at all for just staying a night. Overall, nice property that was good for the price and works well for a couple nights. The owner was also very friendly and easy to communicate with which is always appreciated. »
