'Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

'Great location in the middle of the Latin Quarter, with restaurants aplenty and lots of liveliness, but a peaceful night's sleep at the back of the building. Easy walk into the Old Town too.'

'Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. On arrival, the beds were not arranged as chosen, the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guests, and the apartment had clearly not been cleaned. The toilet was filthy, with dirt and splashes on and around the seat. The apartment was not in a habitable condition, and we were unable to sleep there on the first night. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we had to spend part of the next day waiting at the apartment to allow cleaners...

'I will start with starting this was a very pricey stay but the place was excellent! The description was accurate and the unit was very clean. We appreciated the laundry for our longer stay. If anything could change it would be that we wished it had a dish cloth & soap so we could hand wash a few quick dishes. I will also say that the location was amazing for walking old Montreal. Overall a great place to stay.'
