'Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers. Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them. The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty. Kids had a mediocre time. Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00 Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well. Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman...

'The family that stayed was a single Mom with young children and when we booked, we had no idea that the house is actually shared with a single man! It caused a very uncomfortable situation when she opened a door, thinking it was the pantry and discovered it opened into this man's room. Definitely not ok. I would not recommend staying here unless you are good with a stranger sharing the house with you.'
