« Barnacle Resort Stayed 3 nights at the “Treehouse Private Village” in the Barnacle Resort on Big Pine Key. I really enjoyed my stay, the property is quite nice, and very private. One of the attractions on Big Pine Key is seeing Key deer, which astonishingly wandered around the resort property several times a day. Don’t touch or feed them, very illegal, but you can get quite close, as they are fairly tame.It wasn’t clear when I made my reservation just where the room was on the property, since...

« Pretty standard stay in a cute cottage. The location was excellent. However, the price for what you get isn't great. The hot tub didn't work, which was very annoying as that was a big reason we booked there. For almost 600 for one night, I expect all the amenities to be working. »

« Pros: the view was beautiful outside our cabin, it was so peaceful and just relaxing.. cabin was small but perfect for just sleeping and was nice and cool.Cons: we went and bought pillows and blankets because the pillows were a little too flat for our liking and the blanket wasn't big enough for 2 people to really share ..... going to the bathroom was creepy at night by yourself because it was too dark over there. And only one side of our bed had a table. Overall the stay was great. Def. Suggest...
