'The room and grounds were all very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s located in a quiet area north of town, so you’ll have a peaceful time. There aren’t many things around the hotel, which means you’ll have to walk a moderate distance or drive to restaurants, etc. Overall, a very nice property. '

'the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.'

'Een heel mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving, gelegen precies tussen Tulum Pueblo en Tulum Beach. Je hebt dus wel een auto nodig. Als je van rust houdt, is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat aan de zuinige kant daarom hebben wij zelf vaak gegeten in Tulum Beach waar hele goede ontbijt tentjes zitten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al kregen wij bij binnenkomst weinig uitleg. De kamer (wij hadden Lagoon) was heel groot, netjes en rustig gelegen en een eigen klein zwembad,...
