'Excellent location- 5 minute walk from the beach. Had to contact property manager because the bathroom light/fan switch wasn’t working, but they fixed it the first day. Roof deck and roof pool were great. Would definitely return.'

'Location is amazing, 3 minute walk to the beach, small supermarket across the street and many lovely cafes around. Walking distance(15 min) to Santa Monica Pier and Venice beach (25 min).Apt is very comfortable. We are a family of 5. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, view of beach is nice. Garage was always open but it’s a great addition and we felt very safe in the building and area. Good shower it would have been nice to have 2 showers but at least there are 2 bathrooms. Das Titelbild der Anzeige ist irreführend, da es offenbar ein anderes Haus zeigt. Der tatsächliche Eingang liegt an einer relativ stark befahrenen, wenig einladenden Straße.
Das Apartment war sauber und grundsätzlich ausreichend, aber sehr einfach ausgestattet. Möbel wirken billig, Küchenkästchen teils beschädigt bzw. abgenutzt, Bettwäsche einfache IKEA-Qualität – insgesamt nicht passend zum...
