« The property was spectacular! First off, its very large and spacious, great for cooking while chatting with others in the open air space. Kitchen is well appointed with every untensil, plate, dish, bakeware, wine glasses. We cooked and baked alot. And bedrooms were very comfortable. "Très satisfait du séjour le personnel était attentionné l'hôtel aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation concernant l'aménagement des chambres un lavabo dans le coin chambre aurait été très utile et des matelas plus grand aurait été plus confortable assez de place pour mettre nos valises nous étions 4 hôtel bon rapport qualité prix et très stratégique pour les parcs la piscine était très très agréable"

"Proche Universal, cadre trés joli. Chambre avec deco sympa et lit superposé pour les enfants large et securisé. Coin autour de la piscine sympa. Possibilité de recharger les gourdes en eau à la ice stations niveau 1 de chaque bâtiment, pas aux autres ice stations des autres niveaux. L hôtel propose une navette toute les heures pour aller à Universal, mais si vous voulez, un Uber pour 10 à 12$ vous dépose en moins de 5 minutes d'attente et 5 à 7 minutes de trajet...Idem pour le retour. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner directement au parc (Starbucks) si vous voulez consacrer un maximum de temps à visiter ce dernier.par exemple parking de l hôtel est pratique pour laisser la voiture, mais c'est 50$. Par contre vous pouvez la laisser de votre arrivée à l hôtel jusqu'à la fin leur votre visite d'universal le lendemain soir (check out de l'hôtel le matin)"

"La boisson gratuite au bar était délicieuse. Le personnel incroyable. Un grand lit confortable. Le seul bémol est d’entendre un peu le bruit extérieur et un petit peu le prix. Mais ça se compense avec le Park Universal Studio qui est à côté. "
