« RICH a été super accueillant, il nous a aidé à planifier tout notre séjour à LA, nous a donné de précieux conseils (lieux, restos...) . La maison est super bien équipée, tout ce qu’il faut et pas de courses à faire pour le fond de cuisine, les lits sont super conforts et la maison est impeccable. C’est très agréable de profiter du jardin après une grosse journée de balade,surtout avec les enfants. Merci Rich ! »

« We stayed at this property for 3 weeks during our displacement from the fire in Altadena. The home is beautiful, roomy, cozy, well supplied, and just a pleasure to come home to during a really stressful time. The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal and close to shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay again under more pleasant circumstances. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. »

« We rented this property for spring break for a week, there were 11 of us and several family came over for dinners. Plenty of outdoor space and it was as pictured. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do....
