'We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'Michaela’s house is absolutely wonderfull, the appartement has everything you need, the snorkeling and supping is perfect, just in front of the house. The pool is nice for the kids and the complimentary reef shoes, snorkeling gear, beach toys for the kids etc is reallifesoap comforting. On top of that: Nice to have your house cleaned every day. Only critical point I can think of is the price of the house: as we were in low season in early May, the value for money was perfect, but in high season...

'Not outstanding, just a fair place to stay. A 2 bed 2 bath condo is about the same price as this one bed, one bath suite after all the fees and taxes are added to the final cost. Unable to negotiate price per night with owner. Bed very comfortable, toilet needs fixed, maid service was excellent, kitchen offered the bare minimum utensils for making meals.
