« Très propre, bien situé, personnel attentif. »

« We had a very peaceful stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Continental breakfast was pastries and cereals, but worked fine for us. »

« The walls are thin so you heard conversations from neighbors. Neighbor smoked outside so cigarette smoked drifted into room. Sink faucet dripped all night. »

« Highly recommend »

« Absolutely loved our stay at Club Mill Lodge! It has tons of space and the most beautiful pool. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a restaurant but you are so close to town. »

« It’s good place to visit downtown Gatlinburg. »

« Repeated loud banging noises, apparently from the plumbing, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I woke up several times and felt exhausted the next morning. A restful night is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Unless this issue is resolved, I would be reluctant to stay here again. »

« The hotel was walking distance to shops and restaurants so you can park at the hotel and walk which saves paying the parking fees. The hotel was very clean and convenient to Smoky Mountain National Park. »

« This property was exceptional!! It was so clean and beds so comfortable, great mountain location, we were very pleased with our stay! »

« Hotel tres bien situé ! Chambre spacieuse.
