'Architecturally significant, great staff, beautiful weather!'

'Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. '

'I did not use the bar, so no opinion there. I felt a little misled by the free breakfast, instead finding that meant they allot $15 for your purchase at their counter. That being said though, the staff at the counter were great. The food was large portions and very tasty.the art display everywhere was inspiring.'

'It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...

'The check in process was very odd. A link was sent prior for pre-registration but it didn’t work. I had to go to the 3rd floor to check in. Once there the person asked if I completed registration and I shared the issue I had with the link and he proceeded to tell me it works so I showed him on my phone. He sent another link and I had to sit there and complete it instead of them checking me in like other hotels (not very welcoming). They never explained how the key fob worked so when I tried to...

'Older hotel definitely needs to upgrade. Needs more of a variety of food in the restaurant and for room service.'
