« It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...

« Enjoyed our two night stay over the weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and kindly helped us with all questions we had. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and used the metro line to get to the FC soccer game (the metro is free with game ticket purchase there and back). I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return to Phoenix. »
