'Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. '

'There’s a ton of small print while staying here.. it says in the hotel description that parking is free on site and it’s not, unless you’re a best western premier member.. a actually $15/night.. like no other place I’ve stayed they send you a note via email that it’s illegal to bring outside beverages/alcohol but they full size fridge in the room I was in. Staff told me when I checked in that there’s complimentary coffee in the morning along with some pastries.. the coffee’s not just sitting out...

'It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...
