The fridge had loads of water bottles. The bathrooms had several amenities tissues, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, baby wipes. « Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but...

« Upon arrival the electronic code I was given didn't work. I called VRBO and they could not reach the management company and required that I record myself trying to get in. After an hour they finally reached someone and gave me a 2nd code, which didn't work. After even more time on the phone with VRBO, they gave me a number for the management company and that guy tried to walk me through it like I was an idiot. Finally, he determined something was wrong with the box and gave me the fire...

« Great location! There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The parking was close to the apartment and it was very quiet. It has a funky loft like feeling and the large island was useful. We would definitely stay there again. »

« This is such a cute property. The beds and linens were great. The host Jay was perfectly responsive to any questions. He let us bring our dog and we really appreciated this. We were traveling for my husbands health care treatment and having his dog is very important. Overall great experience. Thank you! »
