« Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but...

« Absolutely beautiful!! Not only was it very clean, but I felt like I was at a luxury hotel! There was a fully stocked kitchen, with good coffee (Starbucks pods), special treats candy, chips. The fridge had loads of water bottles. The bathrooms had several amenities tissues, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, baby wipes. « The place was very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and loved the light coming into the place. The only issue was maintaining water pressure and temperature in the shower. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Would come back again. »

« Let me get the negatives out of the way first: I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. But the Vrbo agent assured me this was legitimate, and that the renter went through their process, so I gave it a shot. Another irritation is that even after going through...

This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. « Overall the place was nice. Kitchen did not have any hot pads, had to use a tea towel to remove pan(s) from stove/oven. A shelf in the shower would've been nice as there is no space for toiletries on the rim of the tub. Only place to hang towels was above the toilet on the opposite side from the shower - need to put a hook on the wall next to shower to hang towel for when get out. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 adults staying for 6 nights - had to wash them (thankful there was a washer/dryer...
