'La primera vez que me ha pasado en un hotel que me han dado una habitación con gente dentro y con todas sus pertenencias la habitación que me dieron a las 4 de la tarde ruidosa y poco atención a los clientes'

'Friendly and helpful Front Office Team. The Hostel is however featured as business, but it lacks of quality and services for someone that looks for a comfort stay. Kitchen had simply two microwaves and 4/5 high stand up chairs, getting crowded when more people wanted to eat together. Cleanliness was not at all in line with the expectations for a Business Hostel, as they cleaned common areas and bathrooms just once per day. Definitely recommend the property to revise these cleaning standards.'
