Hôtel près de Parc national marin d'Arrecife de Puerto Morelos ()

« This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

« The staff and manager Dafine was very hospitable »

« The front desk staff is very unfriendly when you tell them there is no beach and the room is dirty. I found hair in the bathroom on the first day of my arrival, and there was no reaction even from their manager. They are used to these complaints. The hotel's images are not realistic; the beach has been closed for a long time, and if you get close, there are mosquitoes that bite. For breakfast and the restaurants, you have to wait a long time to get in, and even the orders take over 2 hours to be...

« We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

« Ok »

« It is a great resort, the staff is wonderful, the beach is really nice and calm. However the food and the spa are way overpriced. »
