The location and apartment's size were great. It was very roomy and within a few minutes' walk to the nearest station. For the negatives, communication with the host was nonexistent. This was very frustrating. They never responded and I had to reach out to customer service instead every time. I didn't receive check in instructions 3 days before and had to contact customer support to get instructions. They also did not leave enough toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights and we had to buy more. There were not clear instructions on how to use the heaters or televisions either. Some we figured out, others we did not. The host needs to 1- communicate with guests and 2- leave more detailed instructions on how to use amenities in the apartment. One of the showers also did not drain water fast enough and it was very unpleasant to use. This same bathroom also had a strong sewage odor from time to time.
