'The apartment itself was very fine. Hostnfly, the concierge in charge of unit was totally unresponsive. The advertised clothes washer leaked on the first day of our stay, and despite phone calls and e-mails, their only response in the two week stay was that they were waiting to hear from someone to fix it. 'This was in a great location. It was very nice and well kept. Comfortable accommodations and very walkable the most popular locations. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. Luckily someone who lived in the building came up and let us in the building as we could not get in contact with the property managers. The key is also a little cumbersome and takes a lot of wiggling and maneuvering to get it to work. A keypad...

'I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. There are all the basics: fabulous location; easy check in process; very clean; well stocked apartment. But what really stood out were our hosts: they are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to share information about the apartment and especially about the local food options. Then, to top it off, they went out of their way to locate a lost pair of specialized prescription glasses after our stay. We just cannot say enough good things about...

'Bij dit appartement klopt alles: interieur, alles ruim, volledig ingerichte keuken, 3 badkamers, wifi ok tot aan afwasblokjes toe. De locatie is perfect: supermarkt, bakker, veel bars en restaurants én Metro zijn om de hoek. De ontvangst en begeleiding door de host Sophie zijn vriendelijk en zeer accuraat.'

'Sophie was great at answering inquiries! The place had great finishes and was beautiful. This is in the Grand Boulevard district. There's familiar comforts like Starbucks or American restaurant like Indiana, but also great local places. We enjoyed the location. The few negatives were lack of toilet paper, some issues with ac, and the metro was noticeably close. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would recommend staying here.'
