'This hotel is located in a beautiful spot on the marina. The property is maintained very well on the outside. The rooms are in dire need of upgrading. While the linens are up to par, the furniture is all beat up and looks terrible. The carpet is worn and has tears by the sliding doors. The outlets look like they’ve never been wiped down at all.
