'We enjoyed our stay. The room was always in perfect condition, clean and well-supplied. Carlos, our butler, was always available daily and checked in with us regularly. He was very helpful and we appreciated his assistance. Adonis, our concierge, was our initial contact after booking. He provided us with all the information we needed at the time and assisted with restaurant reservations and Carlos as well. We appreciate all their help. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in November. '

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
