'Absolutely unacceptable experience. The property I arrived at was nothing like the photos advertised online. It was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and in unacceptable condition. I was so shocked by the state of the apartment that I refused to stay there even for one night and immediately had to find another hotel. I contacted both the property and Expedia, reported the problems, and provided photographic evidence. Despite all of this, I still have NOT received my refund for accommodation...

'Clean room. Small but decently furnished. Excellent location. Good value. There's no concierge - check in is fully online so make sure you're looking for their messages before you arrive there (I didn't and all turned out fine but now you've verb earned). Would stay there again.'

'belle prestations au niveau de la reception , chambre bien faite , les chambres sont vétuste. belle petite piscines sur le toit déjeuner peu être un peu mieux . Garage payement et pas beaucoup de place. Bien situé metro et bus à 5 minute à pied'

'Was a great stay other than there was no where to put our suitcases/luggage. I would recommend getting rid of the huge mirror & clothes rack & instead put a long low dresser or long sofa table so luggage can be put on top or clothes put away during your stay. We appreciated that there was dish soap & dish cloth and sponge & even oil & salt & pepper as we did not find that on other stays we did in similar apartment style properties. Also maybe a couple more towel bars in the bathroom.'

'Fabulous offering for this price level. Large suite-like rooms with full kitchenette and large bed and bathrooms. Lovely pool with outside terrace, great for hot summer days; large and useful laundry room too. Location can't be beaten, 5-10 minutes walk from Gare Central (train and metro). The one big minus, costing them a full star in the rating, is the breakfast. Included in the rate is no excuse for them of delivering a continental-minus level. Continental would be fine, with eg croissants...

'The hotel is perfectly located in old Montreal right by the Notre Dame Basilica & a short walk from the port and main old town streets. The room was huge with lounge & kitchen areas as well as a large comfortable bed. Washing machine & dryer in the spacious bathroom too. Easy communication with staff on WhatsApp chat to get questions answered.'

'Everything was amazing! The location is the best. It gets loud in the evening (they give ear plugs) but overall I still had an amazing stay. The interiors are clean and modern, well lighted and the architecture outside adds to the beauty of this place.'

'Werkelijk een zeer verrassend hotel. Qua inrichting en zeker qua service. Kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en voorkomend. Valetparking lijkt wat overdreven maar maak hier zeker gebruik van. Niet alleen is het parkeren in Montreal duur maar ook bijna onmogelijk. Met valetparking is dit opgelost. Mochten we in de buurt zijn gaan we zeker terug.'
