'We loved staying here at Ron’s house. He was a great communicator and very helpful. We rented the house during an extended SoCal stay and the house worked great. Plenty of room, close to shops and the train. The neighborhood is easy to live in. We highly recommend!'

'Home was beautiful, clean and just as described. Host was super nice and helpful with any questions. The pool and jacuzzi were heated just in time and was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would def return to this property. '

'Lovely house for a family or group. Pool was large and really private. Spacious and clean rooms with lots of wardrobe storage. Location was ideal and had plenty of great food/coffee options within walking distance, which can be rare in LA. Great value overall.Only issue we found was that the downstairs floor wasn't as clean as it could be, our young daughter's socks were really dirty every day and when we wiped it with kitchen paper it came up black. Rest of the house spotless! Very minor but...

'The house is in a lovely neighborhood. There was room for all of us to have separate spaces and also to be together. Once we figured out how to heat the pool and hot tub, it worked well and was much enjoyed. All in all a lovely stay. One caveat: they don't want you to have parties, and you don't know till the Rules that they have a noise detector and can count how many cellphones are in the house. That feels weird. Otherwise, great! '
