'Uiterst aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Jammer genoeg wordt er voor het hotel al 2 jaar aan de weg gewerkt waardoor verkeersopstoppingen n vervelende bijkomstigheid zijn. Daarnaast wordt er in het hotel aan u facelift gewerkt dus nogal wat overlast van lawaai. Dit werd echter door Sarah van front office op een geweldige manier opgevangen en gecompenseerd. (If you can, give them more time!). Checking was smoothly, personnel very helpful. Got a spacious upgraded room. '

'Great location, we walked to San Cristobal Hill and local dining and took a short Uber ride to the Palace, Plaza del Armas and other downtown sites. Jose organized pickup from the airport and transfers to and from Valle Nevado. The breakfast was good, tea, coffee and water available all day. Great stay.'
