'This resort is incredible! From the staff, the manicured gardens, the service, food options and libations, just an incredible resort. There are 2 infinity pools overlooking the ocean and we got to enjoy whale watching from our balcony!

'Nice pool area. Some people put down towels early to reserve. Staff will move if they don’t come back within an hour. Staff we friendly and helpful. Food was great. Service was great. They try to get you to join the club, but are not too pushy if you tell them up front you don’t want to join. Non-smoking resort. Only place to smoke was a smoking area near the front gate. '

'The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. '
