'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Room was quite a downgrade from what we stayed in last year. Bed looked like it was a mattress on a rollout. Very low to ground. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Very little coffee in room. Checked in with only three washcloths. Had to do laundry to get clean ones because they had a shortage. Otherwise a beautiful property and location.'

'Normally I would leave a great review for this property. I have stayed here several times for work trips. BUT when I arrived they told me due to renovations they don’t have a room for me and moved me to a Hampton Inn. Which was NOT even as close to being as nice to what I paid for here. Didn’t offer transportation over to the new stay. There was a weird smell through the whole place. None of my drawers would stay shut. No in house restaurant. The reason I book to stay Hilton is for a reason…The...
