'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'All of the above and more.Jim our host was extremely welcoming. The amenities were great. We loved sitting on the back porch gazing at the mountains and watching the stars at night. In the front of the bunkhouse, we sat and watched the colorful sunsets and listened to the owl close by. So peaceful. The ranch itself was so well kept and the bunkhouse was Awesome! It was so cozy and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay...

'We asked for a room change because we didn’t want to be by pool and the person at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.We got a room facing the parking lot that was quiet which we needed because we had to get up early.
