Beautiful property and the host is exceptional

The property is beautiful and our multi generational family absolutely loved our time there. The only things I can think of that would make the house better would be to have stairs going from the top patio down to the backyard and having a thermostat on every floor (instead of just the top and bottom floors). However, I would not hesitate for a second with booking the property again. Lastly, the main highlight for me was dealing with the host. She was extremely responsive and helpful whenever I contacted her directly. Thank you, Lisa!!

Great Vacation Spot

Ample room for all the family, ages from 4 to 68 years old. Plenty of space to gather. Kitchen was very well stocked!! Short walk to the beach. Pool was wonderful after the beach.

Girls Trip

We had a very nice quiet trip. Great place to rest and relax, plenty to do at the house. Used the hot tub daily, pool was a little cool because of the weather, but we were able to use it near the end. Tons of games & puzzles

Our family of 17 (ages 65-1) stayed in Aug 2021 and it was absolutely wonderful. The location was great, we loved the pool, hot tub, volleyball area and kids playground. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The only thing I disliked was the cleanliness of the property. I knew going in that you could bring pets (we chose not to) but there was a decent amount of dog hair throughout the house. I would suggest replacing the carpet in the near future as well. But overall it was a very wonderful experience and it did meet all of our needs and wants.

Perfect getaway with your friends/family pod

SO close to the beach. Great hot tub. Bring your dog too. Plenty of room and wifi and games and we were totally comfy. No issues with the property, W/D and all appliances in working condition, and kitchen well equipped. Grills outside too. SO MUCH FUN! Can't wait to come again!

overall, great place and wonderful location! Cleanliness could be improved -- we found small pieces of food on 2 bedroom floors and the silverware needed to be re-washed before using. The couch in the living room needs replacing - one of the cushions had stuffing coming out the back.

Annual Family Vacation 2019

11 of us stayed at King Beech for our yearly family vacation. We had a wonderful time. The house was plenty big with a lot of activities to keep everyone entertained. Easy access to the beach. House was in great shape. Pool and hot tub got used daily. A company even came mid week to give the pool a quick cleaning. Very appreciated!!! The house is not far at all from the cute little downtown Duck area. We ate at the Blue Point (also highly recommended!). Overall, we give King Beech a 5 star, A+ rating! Highly recommended for anyone looking to book a home for a large group of people.
