'The hotel had a great location, interesting design, and good amenities. Great value and close to everything. The only negative is that we got a room next to the living room and next to the shared kitchen, and although it was to be closed by 10 pm, guests used it to cook a very pungent smelling full meal, took them several hours, stayed until 11 pm, talking, making noise and making our room smell too much for the whole night. Room had single pane windows that do not isolate sound at all so you...

'Friendly people! I like that the localtion is not in a hotel zone but rather in a nice neighborhood with eating options. One negative was that the WIFI signal did not really reach our room upstairs. Also be advised, no coffee on premise. - we found a nice cafe nearby though! '

'This is a beautiful oasis in the old town of Merida. We stayed here for 3 nights and we could not have felt more pampered, relaxed and happy. Steve and Jordy and their Yucatecan staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, the place itself is like a dream, our Balam room was very comfy and had everything, including a hammock! We are very happy we stayed here and will certainly do so again whenever destiny takes us to Merida again. Thank you dear people, you made our Merida stay unforgettable.'

'If I could give this hotel 10, I would. When I was doing my research on where to stay in Holbox, I didn’t want be near the action or noise of el centro. I really did want that ‘eco-hotel’ vibe. Casa Noma was absolutely exceptional!!! I didn’t know at the time but my husband called in advance to tell them it was my birthday and they had a nice bottle of bubbles with some snacks and a happy birthday sign arranged in the room. Very sweet and a lovely surprise! Breakfast is included in the price....
