'Booking process and communication was very smooth. The apartment is well kept and as gorgeous as the photos. Location is excellent and parking is available in nearby garages, though it can be pricy. (We paid 40/night). A couple downsides to be aware of are that the unit is on the top floor of the building (for Americans it’s the 3rd floor) and there’s a long, windy hallway to the apartment with additional steps on the way, which is especially difficult with luggage. The heat also was finicky...

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Montreal! The location could not have been more perfect—right in front of the Basilica Square with everything within walking distance and convenient parking nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the modern upgrades you could ask for. from the latest appliances to fully updated bathrooms. The best part was that every room had its own attached washroom, which made our stay extra comfortable....

'The apartment isn't fancy, but it's generally comfortable and well-located. Rue St. Denis, where it's located, is in the Latin Quarter. It's enjoyable to walk in both directions. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is conducive to getting a god night's sleep. The living room sofa isn't nearly as comfortable. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. The apartment we stayed in is only stair-accessible and there is also a step in the apartment. '

'Only 6-minutes away from the Palais des Congrès, this alternative to the expensive hotels in the area is a great way to mix conferences and pleasure in downtown Montreal. Highly recommend!'
