'Could not sleep for four nights due to out of control guests. Management was contacted each night and did nothing. Kids continued to scream and parents screamed and banged doors and walls. Awful, scary experience- out of control.'

'The property was in great location to the beach (which was the selling point). Walk right out of your hotel and your toes are touching the dunes. The front desk wasn’t very helpful answering questions relating to nearby areas and left out that you can shuttle to their sister property (Aloft) which seemed to be in much better condition. 'We had a very nice stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. My only complaint is the breakfast situation. There wasn’t a full breakfast offered—just coffee and muffins. 'The Front desk staff who checked us was very knowledgeable and kind. The property was clean but didn't have enough handicapped parking close to the entrance of the lobby. The eating area was very clean. The elevator was mostly clean. There was no eggs or proteins of any sort served for breakfast. The toilet seat was loose. And the tub felt unstable.'
