'We checked in 7/30/26 around 2:00ish. The young lady behind the counter was everything a person in the service business shouldn't be. What they should be is friendly, attentive and helpful. She was there the next morning around 9:00am when we came down for breakfast. Unfortunately her behavior the day before wasn't an exception. this time she bordered on the edge of downright rude when I asked for extra pillows and towels. 'This was one of the nicest places I have stayed in while doing all this college stuff for my daughter. It was so clean and so comfortable. Would highly recommend this. There were children and pets but it was quiet and clean.'

I was blown away by the staff (everyone at the front desk were so helpful!!) the amenities (though I didn't use the casino), the cleanliness of my room, really everything! I was going to Beak & Skiffs venue for a concert. A little far away for that venue but some guests helped me with directions. I will definitely return!!'
