We arrived early but instead of waiting for the room assigned to us, the clerk quickly found a room that was ready and checked us in. The room smelled clean and looked very clean :). The only issue we had was our room faced the pool on the first floor, and they must have been hosting a kids party because the pool area was packed with kids and was super loud.
