'The lobby is gorgeous. The room was clean and large but disappointing in decor. The hallways had an odd odor. The grounds are well maintained but the gardens off our balcony were tidy but not very pretty. Bell hop on arrival very helpful. Person who brought up luggage not so much. Great service & drinks at pools. Prefer Scottsdale Princess.'

'The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. 'I’m not really sure where to start. Upon arriving at the hotel and parking, the elevator was out of service. At check-in they forgot to give us our complementary drink tickets that you get for being a member. Walking to our room we saw that all the fountains were off.
