'Very friendly staff. Great facilities. The pool and free breakfasts are great!'

'From the minute we got there we were given wrong information and greeted by unfriendly staff. We were double charged at the pool. No one was helpful to fix any issues that arose. We booked a birthday dinner about 4 weeks prior at Chop, Block &Brewery. Although our waitress was nice, the manager was not. He was rude and unfriendly from booking and again at dinner. He made it a point to make us feel like we were taking up “too many tables because it was waiver Wednesday” I told him we were guests...

'Awesome Stay'

'We loved our stay there except for being placed in the middle of the renovations. When we first arrived they were working on casitas around us and that wasn’t a problem, but on the night before our departure they began working on our area. Blocking our parking spac and waking us up at 7 @AM because they were moving furniture out of the casitas. We had a late checkout of 4:30 but felt we were being pushed out much earlier. The property was large enough that this should not have happened. D'
