Cottages in Catalina Island

'really liked my stay here! only thing that threw me off a little was the fact that my door was a glass sliding door but other than that i really enjoyed my stay here. the staff are friendly and the lucky fox (restaurant attached to hotel) was very delicious and priced well. i also love that the hotel provides bikes for you to ride around the island on but i will admit ITS VERY HARD!! catalina island is full of steep hills and it was very difficult for me to bike around. i recommend getting e...

'If you like older historic accommodations that are rich in history, then you would enjoy this place. Big, tasty cookies waiting at check in and bottled water next to comfy beds, coffee and muffins were waiting in the dinning area for early birds before breakfast was served. Transportation available to get down the hill to a restaurant and beachside bar made things very convenient. I plan on staying again and sharing this experience with my friends and family.'

'We found La Paloma Las Flores to be a charming, quiet place to stay. It's a bit of a walk uphill to get there from the waterfront, but it is very close to Vons and my husband (who has difficulty walking any distance) was able to use the local "Circuit" to get around for $4 per ride - and they pick you up and drop you where you want! The host was very accommodating to our needs. '
