Les seuls points positifs de cet hotel sont certains membres du personnel et la localisation. J’ai été chargé beaucoup plus que ce qui étqit écris, la piscine était sale, la nourriture sans plus, l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Difficile de se faire servir au bar et au restaurant, l’accueil a été extremement long a la reception, aucun alcool entre 13h et 11h. Aucune nourriture à ces heures a l’exeption du room service non plus que l’on doit payer.

Primero que nada , el check in super tardado, los baños necesitan reparacion, la comida no es buena, si quieres pedir camarones es un cobro de 600 pesos, el servicio al cuarto cobran 90 pesos, tienes que salirte de la alberca para ir a comer,no te llevan snacks a los camastros, en general muy malo para el precio

This is my 2nd stay at Krystal Cancun and loved it both times, the only thing I didn’t like was the music selection from 15-20 years ago. Everything else was spot on, would definitely recommend.

All the staff were very friendly and the food was very good and the beach was very nice. The only suggestion is that they need live music or a DJ to dance at night. I also liked that DJ Randy and Jhonatan have kareoke some nights it was very good, definitely i recommend this place.

Would definitely come back to Krystal Cancún all inclusive, it was beautiful, in a great location and had incredible staff. David and Alexis were two amazing bartenders we had the absolute pleasure meeting. They made the trip so fun and were a big highlight to it :)

I was skeptical about this resort because of the reviews I read but I was actually pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my stay at Krystal Cancun. The location is perfect, close to the clubs/bars strip, taco stands and flea market. I went to celebrate my wife's birthday and let me start by saying they went above and beyond to make her feel special. Kurt who was in charge of the birthday decorations in the room was amazing.He checked with us throughout our stay to see if everything was good. The housekeeping was also great. We would find our room cleaned everyday and new complimentary tequila bottle, champagne bottle and chocolates. This is a small and old resort in need of some renovations but the service was 5star and made up for it.Starting with concierge, very helpful, Elsie, Aracely, Jesus and chef Oscar from Snack Fisheria were great, waiter Jose from Las Velas restaurant was simply a sweetheart, waiters Jorge and Venustiano from Aquamarina were truly our favorites, made us feel very special everytime we would come by for breakfast or lunch. Victoria and the guys from the lobby bar were great and made the best cocktails in the whole resort! The ladies at the spa were amazing and the whole spa experience was truly 5 star treatment. Also Kenya who gave us a great deal for an unforgettable birthday night at Coco Bongo, my wife said it was the best birthday she's ever had! Thank you to all of them, these guys get it.. it was all about exceptional service and hospitality!

this was the worst 4 star hotel i have ever stayed at. there are dozens of 4 star hotels in Cancun which are better for the same price. I complained about the constuction noise coming from the room next door and i was moved. they said better room, however, i had booked a luxury room, this means i had to complain to get what i paid for. they place a speaker in the pool area, the volume at max and a person walks around and yells into the microphone ,A really annoying feature, also there are sales people selling memberhips CONSTANTLY, and vendors selling handicrafts. I was happy to leave and happier knowing i will never return

Breakfast is the same everyday and most the time cold. Typical overcooked or watery eggs, cold pancakes and warm juice. Fisheria food which is the only thing available after breakfast & before dinner is not tasty at all. Staff servers from both fisheria & buffet area are so unfriendly & some even rude.

Expecting to get what you pay for is often my desire when I travel. The all inclusive was not granted. We got the highest brazalete, but still discriminated with the menu. If you want to eat fish or meat, you will need to pay. They will not pick you up or drive you back to the airport so make sure you have US $200 additional for your stay. A comfortable place for the beach you will have to pay. It was sad to see that in the heart of Mexico and they did not have one of the most famous drinks (Mezcal). Food is very normal and they are missing live events. Extremely noisy and you won’t be able to sleep as the major bars are located right next door. When We asked them to switch us room due to noise, they took us to an office for over 5 hours and almost had to fight our way out as they did not want us to leave unless we purchase a big ticket stay otherwise they will not change our rooms. We did not buy anything and lost one day in this second floor office, so we spent our final days sleeping from around 4:00am that the bars start closing. I love Mexico and will definitely continue going, but I will not visit this location again and advise visitors to be prepared and ask questions before, so they don’t get caught up on their vacations with places like this. The only thing I love was the employees. The people at the bars, the kitchen, the servers that work in that place to try make it up.

Todo muy padre, solo no pude comer en los restaurantes porque fui una sola noche y a mi llegada me indicaron que las reservaciones para comer en los restaurantes era de 8am a 3pm y no pude reservar. Otra el estacionamiento es pequeño. De ahí en fuera estuvo muy relajante

Old place, small selection of restaurants and bars. Small selection of food at buffet. Sales presentation ladies chase you all day and everyday when you walk through the lobby.

Ok for a one night stay or quick trip since it’s near the most swimable area and near the bars. The food and drinks are not worth it at all. The staff could be more friendly when you compare it to other resorts nearby

If you’re into partying, everything everything was nearby. The most amazing thing was that you didn’t have to drive that far to have some fun. The only things you have to drive far far I’ll probably to do your excursions but other than that it was an amazing time.

The Krystal Cancun never disappoints! Rafael, chief concierge, makes sure everything is perfect! He goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Balam, head of food service, takes care of all our dining needs! The rest of the staff is attentive, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back again and again!!

Great good options for buffet, staff very friendly and accommodating, and my husband and I were very comfortable during our stay. Only dislike is the long line up at the reception area to speak to staff, along with late check-in time, especially for us who arrived early to cancun.
