'Nice hotel in Kolkata. Service was very good. Kind people at the reception and also the housekeeping was very nice. Breakfast is great, there is a lot to choose from. Nice restaurants in the hotel as well. '

'Couple of things broken in my room. Safe could not open 2 times, door to the jacuzzi was broken, jacuzzi was not clean when arrived so i did not trust the water and did not use it. Only the last 2 days it was cleaned. Overall the hotel is ok. Just book yourself a standard room. It's not worth the money to spend more on other rooms. The hotel staff is great. Friendly, helpfull and will make you feel welcome.'

'The room was very clean, and with adequate amenities. The staff was vety courteous. The location was extremely convenient (a 6 minute ride to the airport.) Airport transportation was available for a reasonable fee. '

'It is a decent hotel. But our bathroom was not practical, when taking a shower everything became wet. And it took a little while to have hot water. But I have had worse hotels.'

The property is very new and they have only till the 2nd floor. But the Staff was very cooperative and helpful. With their limited service, the staff tried their best to help '
