« Restaurants close by, yes, shop with coffee, teas, pastries, sandwiches and other nibbles close by, yes. Low to no outside street noise, correct. Comfortable room, sizeable bath and dressing area, breakfast included that was different each day and satisfying, yes. « Groovy cute apartment!!! Had a lovely time there, reminiscing! Clean comfortable bed; and easy check in. Owners gave us an optional cider tasting, and had fresh baked bread and jam ready in the kitchen! It was great!!! »

« The house is beautiful and unique. I could not believe how well equipped it was. We felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated and there are beautiful sculptures and art throughout the house. The outdoor space and grounds are gorgeous. I highly recommend for a relaxing and quiet getaway. »

« The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to...

« We loved our stay at John's property. The house had everything we needed and the outside pond and yard were great for watching wildlife (deer, groundhogs, bunnies) and enjoying the outdoors. It's an easy drive to Ithaca and to parks. The state park pass was such a nice bonus! We'd be happy to stay here again and explore the area more. »

« This was a wonderful house in a perfectly quiet but not too remote location. It was impeccably clean and stocked with beautiful pottery dishes that the owner made. Loved morning coffee on balcony! Beds were comfortable, linens were nice and plentiful. There is quality, well maintained furniture as well as wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed neighboring parks and easy access to Ithaca. We would absolutely do this again! »

« We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful lake home with amazing waterfront views. The home is beautiful, immaculate with tons of hangout places inside and out, and fully stocked with towels, bed linen, and kitchen items. We fully utilized everything with tons of cooking, dining and water sports like kayaking and paddle boarding. Wonderful time! »
