'great stay great owner great location'

'Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.'

'It was easy to contact the host. Information regarding the house and procedures was clearly communicated. The house was comfortable to stay in and everything worked properly.'

'This cottage was the ideal place to stay for our visit. My family was in town for Cooperstown baseball. It was a great location, close to the fields, not far from town, but also secluded. All of the accommodations were very helpful since we traveled with a baby, a cozy home like feel. The host were very helpful and always just a text away.'

'We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway and visit to Cooperstown, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!'

'If you’ve got business in Cooperstown, considering the price and location—this place can’t be beat. Friendly hosts and serene property. Needs an outdoor area for guests that isn’t right in front of the owners house (20 feet away).'

'Great place to say for our trip to Dreams Park. '

'The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

'Everything about our stay was easy! From check in to the amount of things stocked in the house. There is plenty of house since for an extended family like us or for multiple families. The house was stocked with plenty of activities like ping pong, air hockey, an Xbox 360 on each floor with games, movies, etc. A lot of great outdoor seating and space. The kitchen had everything you could want. There were ample linens and towel sets for each guest, washer and dryer, iron, etc. 24 minute drive to...

'It takes about 21 minutes to get to Dreams Park. Very secluded and clean. We don't have pets but we could imagine it is good for that. Very spacious and open. Very easy check in and 0 issues for our week.'

'We loved our stay at Peterson Place. It comfortably slept 4 families. The rocking chairs on the porch were a relaxing spot to enjoy after a long day. The kids loved playing on the grassy hill.'

'Family friendly but not Great for tall people.'

'Our stay at The Oasis was wonderful. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed - including paper products, garbage bags and all bathroom needs. The owners were super responsive and informative. The kids loved the pool, wiffle ball field and the firepit. '

'Amazing location and property!'

'We enjoyed our stay while our son was playing baseball at Dreams Park. We appreciated our host’s hospitality and recommendations for local eats & shopping.'
