'Amazing host'

'Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.'

'The host was very warm and personable. Great individual. I didn't mind traveling to and from the bath house, but that might not be for everyone. A laundry facility would be great for longer stays.'

'Great property, lots of room, very clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Game room lots of fun. enjoyed use of outdoor grills. Owner called prior to our arrival to ensure we had all needed info. Only issue was main cable tv in living room not operating although minor issue as not the main reason for our visit. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 25 minutes from Cooperstown but not difficult to get to town.'

'The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

'Our stay at The Oasis was wonderful. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed - including paper products, garbage bags and all bathroom needs. The owners were super responsive and informative. The kids loved the pool, wiffle ball field and the firepit. '
