'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'When I tell you the ENTIRE STAFF was TOP TIER!! From the front desk, to security, to house keeping, to the entire atmosphere Y'ALL DID THAT!!💪 Not being racist at all ,Im calling it the way I saw it. I was so IMPRESSED WITH MY CULTURE! My people have the hotel ON POINT, with kindness, smiles, courtesy, safety, giving directions and just being absolute nice people! I will forever give this hotel HIGH REGARD and will definitely be back! Not to mention the location, whatever you need is literally...

'We enjoyed our stay here and especially loved the bar, however we left some precious items behind in a drawer and called to collect them that evening only to find they said they weren't there. They explained housekeeping goes through everything once a guest leaves so it is apparent that housekeeping has kept our items which is disappointing. I have called back several times to be put through to the housekeeping manager and it goes straight to voicemail. I have left numerous messages but...

'The staff was incredible! I did the Hilton virtual key because my flight got in around midnight and when I got up to my room my door was wide open. The staff handled it so kindly, and they even sent the security guard up to my room with me while moving me to a new one. Both were so kind and handled the situation perfectly. I will say the rooms are nice but the bed and pillows are awful. I’m not too picky when it comes to that stuff but my neck is still pretty tweaked. Otherwise great staff...

'Hotel overall was great. The staff seemed confused and did not know how to handle the tornado sirens/severe weather situation with patrons. The instructed us to go to the second floor via the elevator? There were also no instructions posted on where to go in the event of severe weather. '
