« I was pleased with the hotel, especially its location. Tons of shopping and food options all within walking distance. Very quiet with nothing keeping me up at night, since I am a light sleeper. No pain when waking up as the bed was comfortable! »

« Everything looked good until we were getting ready for bed and found a bed bug! We called the front desk and showed them the bug. We had even pulled back the bedding prior to getting in bed. The front desk was wonderful and moved us to another room. Needless to say it made our overnight stay a little uneasy even in our new room. »

« No water in the dining room. And the guy didn’t put effort to support the room. »

« everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. The customer service is on point. Breakfast was ok. No meat option.I travel. A lot. I was very surprised at the price verses the hotel. I felt it was overpriced. As the hotel is outdated. the blankets on the bed were ugh. very old and very thin. There was no toilet paper holder. So the Tp was just leaning on the hand rail..The shower had good water pressure and hot water.. The elevator is very intimidating. It starts to close then open then...

« Good hotel, clean lobby and rooms, good choices for breakfast, and the staff was friendly. »

The host was friendly and responsive, and the rooms were clean and well supplied with plenty of linens and a working kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and exploring the surrounding waterfalls and historic sites. »
