'It was okay. The room was clean, I booked a room some weeks ago, but I was surprised when I got there and they didn't have a room allocated and scrambled to find a vacant room so a bit disorganised. The outside structure of where I stayed needed some desperate TLC. But quite satisfied with my room.'

'Hotel was okay but the spa was terrible. Nothing worked and we couldnt book any massages. '

'Nice quiet room (as requested), very clean, friendly desk/cleaning/restaurant staff, great location for business travels (NEC/international railway station). Pay attention: put your bread through the toaster only once!'

'Very good hotel, well located near the town centre. The room was good, spacious and dog friendly. Hotel staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed our weekend stay. We will definitely be back.'

'Overall, the hotel is quite nice. Unfortunately, it’s challenging to contact the front desk from the rooms and we had to request three times to get a second set of towels for the two of us. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on so the room was quite stuffy as the windows do not open. The location was superb, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable. Overall, a nice experience.'

'Nice hotel, a lot of accommodation but a bit chaotic '

'The Grovsner requires a paint job especially outside. Unfortunately in our room there was no hairdryer, toilet brush, extra pillows and information regarding the amenities in the hotel or any information regarding things to do in Stratford Upon Avon. I went to the disabled toilets in reception and the floor was quite dirty the next day I went again and it had not been cleaned the same stains were still on the floor. The staff were great but I wouldn't stay again because of the lack of things...
