'Massive family room with everything you'd require. Staff were excellent and so pleasant. Didn't want to leave so stayed another night!'

'Like at most HIE hotels it was a pleasant stay. The staff made the effort dressing up Halloween style today. That made breakfast feisty. Room and shower were great. Restaurant and breakfast functional and more than exceptional for those who don't want to go out. '

'This is a great hotel in the middle of Stratford. Easy to drive to . The car park was full so we waited and eventually parked. Check in again was easy. Our room was great well equipped with all the usual toiletries etc The bed was very comfy and had a good nights sleep. We went into the bar at night and they served some great local beers and as residents' we received 10% off. Breakfast again was good as it is served at the table. Well presented and well cooked. We would stay there again. Great...
